enjoyed pool and jucauzzi after a day of shopping at mall.

Staff was helpful, the on site pub was a nice touch as were the towels at the pool. The rooms were clean and fresh as were the linens.
We had to evacuate at 2 am due to fire. Standing in the reason for an hour put a damper on our trip. We received no compensation for this just a letter citing how the alarm system functions .rather disappointing.
-
People making noise in hallway next morning told desk and all they said was sorry.
-
Rooms were spectacular.
Wi-fi could be complimentary in the rooms. For free wi-fi the only option was lobby.
-
Our room and the inside pool and hot tub were okay.
we were disappointed when we headed down to the outside pool to go for a swim. It was very dirty and not very inviting. I am was in the mood to be outside that evening because the weather was so mild and beautiful. They definitely could be some more effort into keeping up that pool area and would attract more people to visit.

It was great we had a wonderful staying. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable and staff very friendly. We loved it.

Quiet.
A cockroach crawled on my skin while I was asleep thinking it was something then I patted it only to find out it was indeed a cockroach ! I managed to catch the leg ! The fire alarm went off at 3am !

The room was clean and comfortable. Free parking. The staff was very helpful providing us information about going to Boston.
As you may expect, Boston is not so close (25 km), and the hotel has no shuttle service, so you have to go to Boston on your own. On the other way this hotel is much cheaper than similar hotel in downtown, so if you are aware of this, I think that distance should not be considered as a cons.

The room had a very cosy warm feel about it as well as being comfy and stylish. The bed was cosy and the pillows great. The staff were very helpful and informative. Parking was plentiful and rates for the room were excellent. A gem in the wilderness!
The view wasn't so good. A bit difficult to find and easy to make a mistake and miss the entrance. Food was a bit expensive. Rates went up quite a bit if you wanted to extend your stay. Was a bit noisy as there was a wedding and most were stopping in the hotel so were loud on their way to their rooms.
-
The desk clerk was nice and helpful. Our room had a view of the trees behind the hotel.
They charge you extra for wifi, about $13.50 per day or part thereof at their rates I think it should be free. Booked.net says it is but it isn'T. The soundproofing is not good enough for this price hotel. You can't walk to anywhere from the hotel, well you can but it is difficult, so you need to take your car. I am sure you could find better value elsewhere.

There was a tournament staying at the hotel that weekend. There was at least 60 children jumping in the pool and they were running around every where. Isn't there a regulation for the number of people in the pool at one time? We also couldn't have access to the sauna.

Rooms were clean.
Service was an embarassment to the Marriott name from the moment we arrived. The staff was rude. Boston was hit with an unexpected snowstorm. How the staff responded was indicative of a poorly trained and/or managed team. They had the opportunity to build loyal customers and failed in almost every way.

Very clean and excellent staff
The price in the pub for alcohol was very steep and the bar tendinding staff was not very quick to serve nor friendly.
